We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for eligible products.
✅ Conditions for Return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging and accessories included.
- Some items may not be returnable for hygiene or customization reasons (clearly stated on the product page).
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve the issue quickly with a refund or replacement.

💳 Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
